Schengen (Tourist)

Typical documents:
• Valid passport (+2 blank pages, 3–6 months validity)
• Completed application form
• Biometrics (if required)
• Return flights & hotel booking or invitation
• Travel insurance (min. €30,000 coverage)
• Proof of funds & employment/study letter
• Passport photo (per embassy spec)

United Kingdom (Visitor)

Typical documents:
• Valid passport
• Online application & biometrics
• Travel plan and accommodation
• Financials (bank statements, payslips)
• Employer/student letter
• Invitation/supporting docs if visiting family/business

Business Visa (General)

Typical documents:
• Valid passport (sufficient validity & blank pages)
• Completed application form & fee receipt
• Invitation letter from host company (purpose, dates, contact)
• Employer letter (position, salary, purpose of trip, who pays)
• Business itinerary (meetings, conference registration, agenda)
• Proof of accommodation & flights (reservations acceptable in many cases)
• Financials (recent bank statements / company support letter)
• Insurance (required for Schengen; recommended elsewhere)
• Biometrics / interview (if required)
• Any country‑specific forms or supporting docs

United States (B1/B2)

Typical documents:
• Valid passport
• DS-160 confirmation & fee receipt
• Visa interview appointment
• Travel plan, invitation (if any)
• Financials & proof of strong ties
• Photo per US specs
